Fluid Research? Piston Pump Systems are a versatile choice for dispensing low to medium viscosity or thixotropic two-part fluid. Examples of common dispensing fluid types include silicones & RTV’s, polyurethanes, epoxies, structural bonding materials, potting and encapsulation compounds, acrylics, and adhesives. Available in analog or digital controlled options, systems can be customized with optional features to fit your unique application needs.
Listed below are our base models for piston pump systems:
Designed for metering & mixing a high viscosity base fluid up to 1 million cps directly from either 5 gallon pail (20 liters) or 55 gallon (200 liters) drums with the activator fed from a stainless steel tank. They can also be configured with a second 5 gallon or 55 gallon pail pump.
Fixed-ratio systems that incorporate parallel drive (PLD) providing controlled flow during the dispensing process with a 20c-300cc shot size. Ideal for a wide variety of materials with differing viscosities or high mix ratios.
Fixed ratio systems with parallel driving technology for processing materials with differing viscosities or high mix ratios. Single-acting reciprocating pistons provide a consistent, accurate dispensing flow for a range of different applications.
